Suzanne was previously an associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and at Shartsis Friese LLP, where she specialized in corporate and business law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property transactions. Prior to becoming an attorney, Suzanne was a publishing executive and book editor, with extensive experience in food, wine, and travel publications. Her current practice supports the firm's marketing, distribution, and trade practice counseling practices.

Community and Professional Involvement
Suzanne is an active member and former board member of the San Francisco chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier, an international professional organization of women in the food, wine, and hospitality industries. She is a member of Women for WineSense, an organization for wine industry professionals and wine enthusiasts, and also serves on the board of the American Decorative Arts Forum, an affiliate group of the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco.
