Jeremy Siegel advocates for, and advises, licensed entities in the alcohol and medical and adult use cannabis industries, as well as third-party providers serving these regulated industries. His practice focuses on administrative hearing defense, industry-specific marketing, promotions and commercial agreements, and licensing issues. Jeremy also serves as the Executive Director for the California Music and Culture Association (“CMAC”), a non-profit trade organization that promotes the night life industry in San Francisco and California at large.
Jeremy was a member of the white collar and commercial litigation practice groups at Chadbourne & Parke's Washington, D.C. office prior to joining Hinman & Carmichael LLP. At Chadbourne, he represented a variety of domestic and international clients in federal court in both civil and criminal proceedings. Jeremy clerked for Judge John Facciola of the District Court for the District of Columbia, as well as Judge Richard Eaton of the Court of International Trade. Jeremy works with the firm’s administrative hearing and regulatory practice groups.
