A significant portion of our practice is spent advising clients about various trade practice and compliance matters that emerge as they negotiate the fifty completely different sets of state alcoholic beverage laws and regulations throughout the United States.  From providing cautionary advice on tied house traps and other prohibited practices, to suggesting structures for business relationships and providing forms to ensure fair and compliant business dealings with third party marketers and other licensees, to ferreting out answers to one-off business practice questions in any jurisdiction through our network of regulatory contacts, we know the alcoholic beverage business and help our clients avoid regulatory scrutiny by complying with the many different requirements in the various states in which they operate.
