AiLee Ting oversees the firm’s operations, accounting and finance, client relations, and human resources. With more than 27 years of senior-level administrative and management experience in both law firms and corporate environments, she brings extensive expertise in organizational leadership, business operations, and client service.

In addition to her management background, AiLee has substantial legal experience, having spent eight years as a corporate paralegal supporting emerging growth and technology companies. Her combined legal and operational knowledge enables her to effectively manage the firm’s day-to-day functions while supporting its strategic objectives.
