For our clients participating in both traditional and new media marketing programs, we provide legal advice so they can spend more time focusing on marketing to consumers, and less time on regulatory compliance.  We provide advertising compliance review for websites, social media communications, promotions and advertising campaigns.   
We educate our clients about the myriad federal and state advertising restrictions, including those pertaining to cooperative advertising between suppliers and retailers, social media-specific guidelines, health-related statements, and misleading and anti-competitive statements, among others.  We regularly draft promotional legal language and coordinate national submissions to states for the approval of coupons, advertising copy, displays, consumer and retail advertising specialties, contests and sweepstakes.  
Our clients are constantly seeking unique solutions to market their brands. We advise clients how to market directly to consumers and trade to increase brand awareness through educational tasting events, charity events, experiential marketing, corporate events and in-home marketing programs.  We craft licensing solutions for events across the country and prepare sponsorship and event agreements to comply with alcohol beverage regulations.
